Services are provided by Corality Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

1. About These Terms

These terms apply to all services provided by Gerry Nixon ("I", "me") to you ("the Client"). By booking a call or engaging my services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

I provide technology consulting and build services including but not limited to:

Discovery calls and audits

Websites and landing pages

Automation and workflows

AI tools and chatbots

Marketing videos and content

Internal apps and dashboards

3. Discovery Calls (£500)

The £500 fee is payable before the call takes place

The call lasts up to 90 minutes

If you proceed to a paid build project within 30 days, the £500 is credited against the project fee

If you do not proceed, the fee is non-refundable (you received the diagnosis and action plan)

4. Build Projects

All projects are scoped and quoted individually

A 50% deposit is required before work begins

The remaining 50% is due on completion, before final files are handed over

"Completion" means the agreed deliverables have been built and demonstrated

Minor amends are included; significant scope changes will be re-quoted

5. What You Get (Ownership)

You own 100% of everything I build for you

Code, designs, workflows, accounts — all yours once final payment is made

I may retain anonymised examples for my portfolio unless you request otherwise

6. What's Not Included

Unless explicitly agreed in the project scope:

Ongoing hosting or maintenance

Third-party subscription costs (software, APIs, etc.)

Content creation (copywriting, images) unless specified

Training beyond a single handover session

Bug fixes after 14 days from handover

7. Revisions

Revisions within the agreed scope are included

Changing the brief mid-project may incur additional costs

I will always discuss this with you before proceeding

8. Timelines

I will provide an estimated timeline at the start of each project

Delays caused by late feedback or materials from you may extend the timeline

I am not liable for delays outside my control

9. Payment

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT (if applicable)

Payment is via Stripe or bank transfer

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue

Late payments may incur a 5% fee after 14 days overdue

10. Refunds

Discovery calls are non-refundable once the call has taken place

Project deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after work has begun

If I fail to deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a full refund

11. Liability

My liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project

I am not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or third-party issues

I do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue, conversions)

12. Confidentiality

I will keep your business information confidential

I will not share your details with third parties without permission

You agree not to share my proprietary methods or tools

13. Termination

Either party can terminate a project with 7 days written notice

You will pay for work completed up to the termination date

I will hand over all work completed to that point

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
